SiC

Our SiC coatings are used where greater wear resistance is required and low friction is not as critical.  With hardness ranging from 2,500-3,500HV, this is an excellent coating for extreme environments not covered by DLC coatings.  Our SiC is also deposited using PECVD technology and is conformal.
